Wellcraft Scarab 300

Wellcraft 1977 SCARAB 300 FLAT DECK which later was sold as an S-type and then as the Panther. I purchased the boat 3 years ago as a running boat, I later discovered that a freeze out plug was popped out, so I decided to get ready to pull the engines and give them a good going through even though everything was working at the time. I disconnected both engines electrical, cooling lines, motor mount bolts..they are ready to come out. I have too many projects now to restore her so I've decided to sell. Once the engines come out there will be some glass work where the stringers are tabbed to the transom, I can see some separation there. The bottom has some areas that apparently struck something underwater, nothing too major or structural-as seen in the pics.
