Wellcraft San Remo

This is a Wellcraft 46 Cockpit Motoryacht. The OAL including dive platform is 48'6" (hull length is 46'). The beam is 14'6" andthe boatdraws 38". The gross dry weight is 27000 Lbs, It has a 14" bridge clearance and is powered by 2 #3208, 425hp Catipiller engines. It has a 120 gal. water capacity, a 55 Gal holding tank and has 420 Gal fuel capacity. Steering is on the top deck and seats 6-10 people. You decend the top deck stepsto the lower deck that also will accomodate several people and has a wet bar with Icemaker. From there you go down the stepsinto the salon where there is a couch, table and chairs, Bar w/bar stools, lots of storage,Stereo,Tv. etc. Going forward you go through the galley where you will find a Sub Zero refrigerator, Sub Zero freezer w/icemaker, microwave, sink, lots of cabnets,cooktop, built in accessory center and built in coffee maker. Open one of the closet doors and there is a combination washer/dryer. There is also a head off the galley. Pass into the forward stateroom that has a queen sized bed, a make up station w/sink and pull out stool. Also another Color tv. A private door into the bath w/shower. Going down into the aft master suite is a couch, Color tv.,another Queen sized bed, lots of storageand access door to the cockpit area. The master bath has a tub and shower. The Cockpit is equipt with a hot and cold shower and a door that lets you onto the dive platform with hidden ladder. The cockpit is also equipt with dive tank holders and out riggers. The boat has a built in system that converts salt water to clear drinking water at the rate of 20 gal/day and black water at 200 gal/day. Many, Many more features. The boat is docked in fresh water and the slip would be available to the new owner if needed.The boat needs a new top and some minor exterior repairs (vandals). No reasonable offer refused.
