Wellcraft Nova 23

This listing is for a 1987 Wellcraft 23 Nova.This is a one owner boat with only 192 total hours. It has been stored indoors since 1993 and not in the water for the past eight years.the boat was "recommissioned" in July of this year by a certified Mercruiser Dealer,All of the fluids flushed and replaced, complete tune-up, new shifter cable and two new batteries were installed along with a new water pump impeller. The engine is a 454 magnum with through hull exhaust that exit beneath a teak swim platform. The cabin is in excellent condition still covered in the original upholstery that still looks new.It also features a porti-potti that makes this boat a comfortable day tripper for mixed company and kids.The cockpit feature a barrel chair behind the wheel and a back to back/layout lounge on the starboard side along with a full length bench seat across the back. The snap in cockpit carpet shows some wear and should be replaced or you could just leave it out and show the like new textured fiberglass floor.It has full Coast Guard required equipment along with a VHF radio and CB. The trailer is a galvanized Shoreline Tandem with newer stainless disc brakes and aluminum wheels.There is also an electric winch on the trailer along with a spare and a tongue jack. The boat also has a like new bimini top with zip in windows for both side and back and a cockpit mooring cover.The prop is a mercruiser 23P stainless that has just a few nicks and picks.There is also a full complement of fenders and mooring lines along with life jackets that are included,This is a 28 year old boat and it does have a few nicks and scratches in the gel coat but nothing that I would deem more than normal wear and tear.The boat is available for inspection by appointment in Harrisonburg VA. I would prefer local pickup but I am more than happy to help with shipping arrangements and I could possibly deliver it myself ($2.00 per loaded map quest mile) $500 Deposit within 48 hours of winning bid with the balance due in 7 days in the form of certified funds or cash.
