Your looking at a 1983 23 Wellcraft Nova powered by a 260 Mercruiser engine with a Alpha I outdrive. This is a nice over all boat for its age. As you can tell in the video the boat does indeed run and shift. The boat does have minor fiberglass damage that can be addressed. The motor most likely needs a head gasket or a new head.
