Boat Description and Pictures

2002 Wellcraft 2400 Martinique Express Cruiser

As the 2015 boating season approaches there will be many boats for sale. All the ads will say its a great boat, well maintained, and the perfect boat for you. So why buy my boat? Let the pictures and specifications speak for themselves. I have maintained my boat so it is always ready to take my family safely on the water so they could enjoy themselves without concern of a mechanical failure, and that all the systems were in good working order for enjoying a comfortable outing. And there are some special things that are not found on a 25 foot cruiser, such as an onboard, integrated generator (enjoy the microwave popcorn, brew a pot of coffee, or enjoy the cold beverages). You can overnight with comfort in either the aft queen bed or make up a double bed in the bow. The boat has been recently Coast Guard inspected and certified and it is rated for 8 passengers with sleeping accommodations for four adults. Please look at all the equipment and specifications and they are all in well-maintained working order. This is a family cruiser that has the range and speed to take a nice overnight trip for a fun weekend getaway. With a brand new canvas camper, screened in with removable Eisenglass, you can extend the sleeping on deck by using the fold down sun-pad or even stow the rear seat so there is room to use the generator to blow up a full size air mattress. Take a hot shower with the new water heater installed in the summer of 2014. You will not have to worry about the engine starting because I have installed two new Die Hard Platinum deep cycle batteries with also a new ProMariner 12-20P battery charger/maintainer. Safety is a big concern and in the summer of 2014 the exhaust systems were overhauled and a XINTEX Fireboy CO2 detector installed. The interior and seats are bright, clean, and no rips no tears. The bottom paint is fresh (summer 2014). This boat comes with a 30 foot dual axle trailer that has new tires and new carpet on the bunks. To ensure buyer confidence and safeguarding your purchase agreement, I am using a docking agent to handle the transaction that will include your boat registration. The boat is in Central Florida on the Atlantic coast. The boat is minutes away from the launch point so bring your surveyor and lets do a sea trial.

Terms of Payment

By placing a bid, you are AGREEING to the following Purchase Agreement and payment terms that are consistent with the laws of the State of Florida:

• A NON REFUNDABLE Deposit of $500.00 to be paid or sent within 48 hours at close of auction. This deposit is ONLY paid through Paypal.

• Subject to the terms of this purchase agreement, the purchase price, less the $500.00 deposit, is to be paid in full within 7 days at close of auction by Cashiers Check, and must clear your bank and be in the hands of the Docking Agent--All Yacht Documentation, 26406 NW County Road 239, Alachua, Florida 32615.

• As an added incentive, the seller will pay the Docking Agent to handle the Bill of Sale and the Closing Statement.

• Once the Docking Agent confirms the funds have been received, the Docking Agent will complete and release the Title and related documents to the buyer and seller and the boat will be available for pick-up at its current location at Manatee Cove Marina, Patrick Air Force Base Florida 32925.

• The buyer is responsible for all taxes, title and registration fees that your state may charge. If the buyer intends to register the boat in the state of Florida, the Docking Agent can handle this for the buyer and the buyer can arrange the terms for this with the Docking Agent.

• The buyer is responsible for the cost of inspection or survey and will arrange with the seller for access to Patrick Air Force Base.

• The seller is responsible for the cost of the sea trial.

• The seller will assist the buyer to trailer the boat to outside the premises of Patrick Air Force to a nearby transfer point on Highway A1A in Satellite Beach, Florida 32937.

• Upon reaching the transfer poit the buyer is responsible for continuing the trailering of the boat to the ultimate buyers destination.

• Should the buyer need an additional 30 days for me to store the boat, the cost will be $50.00. Upon 30 days after purchase, however, the buyer must take possession of the boat and remove it from its current location at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida.

• These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. The boat is sold As Is and both parties are agreed, and understood that there are no other duties, obligations, liabilities or warranties expressed or implied, and all parties agree that time is of the essence.

• Your bid constitutes and implies that you have read and understood the terms, and conditions concerning the purchase of the above described Vessel, and hereby approve and accept the terms thereof.
