Wellcraft Martinique

For sale is a 2000 Wellcraft 2400 , it was liened for non payment of storage .The boat was originally shrink-wrapped until the middle of last year and has been like you see it since .We do not know why the old owner decided to stop paying the storage but we eventually went ahead and liened the boat and have a clear MD title to transfer to the new owner , it has under 200 hours on the engine .It has a Volvo Penta Duo Prop outdrive which does not have any signs of corrosion as it was used in the Chesapeake Bay and is brackish water .We did attempt to start the engine but their appears to be an issue with the starter I am assuming from standing , I had a local mechanic turn over the engine by hand just to make sure it was not locked up and it is not and does turn over , oil looks clean and clear .The exterior cushions look rough and although not torn they are stained most likely from being near the trees , I do not know how they are going to clean up and if they don't I would recommend using a vinyl spray like they sell at Pep Boys to remove and resurface them .The main cushion next to the entrance door appears to be missing as does the small hot plate in the galley area other than that she appears to be all there .Interior is dirty and needs a good clean as well .Not sure what to tell you , this is a project as is where is , we liened it and just want to try to recoup some of our storage costs ,Please be realistic as to what you are buying , we have put what I feel is a reasonable Buy It Now Price of $2950 with the trailer included, we do have a title for the boat but no title for the trailer , we can offer a Bill of Sale for the trailer .Thanks , please feel free to e-mail with any questions .
