Wellcraft Eclipse

Up for sale is a 1991 Wellcraft Eclipse 23'3" cabin cruiser with 1992 tandem trailer by Venture/Vantage. Comes with bimini top redone in Sunbrella fabric that has not seen the sun since redone many years ago. This was a beautiful boat when new and can be again. This boat gave our family many great early years of camping out in the water, water-skiing, tubing, fishing in the Chesapeake Bay, going down the Intercoastal Waterway thru North Carolina and Lake Gaston. But never the less, life circumstances got in the way of enjoying this boat like it should be. Now is your chance to own a boat that needs work, but for a fraction of the cost of new. Boat, trailer, engine is sold as is and where is. There is no warranty of any type. We have cleaned the outside of the boat, there is oxidation but you can't see it when wet. The hull is in excellent condition. The chairs needs re-upholstery. Bolsters need re-upholstery. Captain's chair is a bench that holds 2 people. Beside the bench are 2 seats back to back that fold open to lay on. The stern has pull out seats on each side of the engine. These were kept in the shed and have not weathered as severe as the rest of the seats. Interior of the boat where the seats are need a deep cleaning. Carpet may need to be cleaned or replaced or removed as desired. The cabin has a sink, head, sleeps probably 4 people comfortably depending on the size of the people. Interior of the cabin has not been inspected as of yet. Needs battery of course. Engine had been winterized many years ago and has not run. This engine is not the original engine. It was rebuilt 2-3 years after purchasing due to improper winterization. No propeller. Fishing rods holders on each side of the back of the boat. Anchor compartment in bow. Door to outside on the bow as well.
