Selling my WellCraft 32' St Tropez, with Oversized 4' swim platform. Features an 11'6 Beam, Twin 350 Mercruisers, with V Drive ,7kw Generator , Air conditioning / Heater. This vessel is in excellent condition and has been professionally maintained. All updated interior to include new headliner, cushions and queen mattress. Boat sleeps 5 comfortably. Full Kitchen includes Sink, Stove, Refrigerator Microwave and plenty of storage space. Full Bath with Shower, Toilet and Sink. There is also Hot Water Heater on board. Cockpit is in excellent condition with all gauges and controls function properly. Has Depth Finder , Marine Radio, Windlass Anchor, Spotlight, Underwater Lighting and New Alpine sound system.

Starboard engine was swapped 2 years ago with a low hour replacement, the Port Engine was complete rebuild late in 2015 and only has 10 hours on it. Both engines have closed water cooling system. Also in 2015 the following was replaced, Bilge pumps, Hull blower motors, Batteries, Macerator Pump, Air conditioning water pump, All water lines on thru hulls and engines, Smoke Detector ,Microwave, Bumpers and Dock Lines and so much more. Boat is currently located At Brady Mountain Resort on beautiful Lake Ouachita in Arkansas. May include with this sale is transfer of the slip and utilites. For those of you who dont know these slips are next to impossible to acquire. This slip is on one of the Newly constructed docks, all steel framed with concrete walkways. Measures 14x50 , 15' is decked for seating area and storage. Parking area is gated, lighted, asphalted and secured.
