The pics of it in the water are in Pittsford NY a year and a half ago on the bank. Those on the hard I took today. 5/13/23.The boat is at "Captain Jeff's Marina" on the Erie canal. It can be kept here and you may live aboard. Or... Places like Pittsford NY are free with 200amp service and fresh water! The boat is on the hard, it's ready to put on a trailer if you need to move it. The top canvas frame will simply need to come down to clear bridges and such.If you want to put it in the water, It will need to be unwinterized and floated. (5 mins to un-winterize and $300~ to float.)It will need a new canvas if you require one. (I would go with a Bimini, they are cheap. Plastic windows suck.... If closed, they are HOT in the Summer and if open they are a pain in the ass to keep open. A bimini is a better bet.The gauges are covered now from the elements. There is a small exhaust leak in the port engine. I think it's a manifold gasket leak. No biggie no need for immediate attention.Honestly, it needs nothing to float. Drop it in, grab a dock and you have the Worlds cheapest waterside retreat! :-)New Batteries 2023. New TV AC or DC 2023. New color GPS chartplotter 2023.Hull has been freshly cleaned up and the props are spotless. See pics.Hot water, no Air.Yes, it's a twin helm. Upper and lower.Approx 1000~ hrs on each engine. These are 4000-5000 hr engines. They will outlast the boat..... Depending on use 20+~ years. If you don't have hours in a large twin, consider floating it and live aboard as desired at Capt Jacks Marina in Greece. Get to know it before you head out...I owe the marina for two years on the hard storage so I am seriously giving this away.I live 3~ hours away. So if you want to take a look from the OUTSIDE you may do so. Please do not attempt to enter the boat without me there.... The cameras at the marina are everywhere....Please be honest and courteous. If you want to purchase it with cash and a little advance notice. (24~ hours is usually ok) I will bring the title with and open it up for you.The canal is filling, so now's the time. Please do not waste my time or yours...If you're not in the market in the next 30~ days. Look at the pretty pictures and move on please. This is priced DIRT CHEAP to sell quick. Seriously.... You won't be disappointed by this boat! I am hoping like heck this auction gets up to at least $10-$11K..... I have over $30K into it.THANKS FOR LOOKING!
