Enjoy fishing and cruising the waters with your friends and family in style and in comfort! Make the Joneses jealous!250 hours on the Volvo 5.0 engine and Volvo SX outdrive. Trim system and engine idle just serviced by Park Marina in Kennesaw, GA September 2021.Trailerable snap-on cover and snap-in carpet.Walk-through transom door.Stainless steel propeller4-step boarding ladderCaptain's chair has flip-up bolster.Passenger lounger seat folds out flat.Fold-away stern seat folds out for extra passengers or folds in for space/fishing. Cabin has vent windows, hatch, stereo and aft cabin for sleeping beneath the helm or storage. I have never used the bathroom/head. I did notice that the drain in the sink in the head did not appear to be connected to waste tank but the galley sink is.Galley with sink, single burner electric stove and mini-fridge. I state now that I have never used either of them, so I make no guarantees about their functionality but I can confirm their presence.Speaking of things never used, here are some other features from the control panel: shore power, battery charger, macerator, and water heater. Also has an anchor windlass and VHF radio. I have never used any of these features, but they are listed on the control panel so I assume they are there.I see what looks like a ball mount for a windshield wiper, but never used it.Transom shower and deck sink along with cooler dock.2 batteries with Perko switch that allows either one to be used, both, or complete shut off of all.Mesh bimini top but I will include a new never-installed (but it has been in my carport) bimini with storage boot. The boat is almost 20 years old, so there will be some imperfections. Here are theissues I HAVE PERSONALLY NOTICED in the two times I used her:1. Trim tabs don't work.Port side trim tab was knocked off in a driveway accident with my truck.2. The helm rocker switch labels have worn off. More of an inconvenience than a mechanical problem, but indicator stickers will be included.3. Navigation lights up front has a cracked shell. 4. There are two bilge pumps; one in front at the bottom of the cabin and one in the engine compartment. I don't know if the engine compartment one works but I would plan on having it looked at. Previous owner did include a new float switch for it so that could be it.The trailer is HEAVY DUTY! It is a Load Master First Coast marine trailer with working lights. I do not believe in having too much capacity (it is a FAR better thing to have and not need than to need and not have). The trailer can fit a 27-30 foot boat. The trailer has two axles, 7,000 pound capacity each taking the weight capacity to 14,000 pounds with 6-lug wheels and a brand-new never used spare wheel with tire comes with it. Trailer fits a 2 and 5/16th ball and has a four flat-wire harness. I do see a brake fluid reservoir and brake line, but can't guarantee the brakes work; she seemed to push but she weighs as much as my truck so I think it's kinda supposed to. Bow roller and winch strap. As the boat is 24 feet long, if you bring her up to the bow roller, you should have about 3 feet of space to get to the end of the trailer. New 2,000 pound trailer jack just installed this Labor Day weekend. I purchased it with a bill of sale and will convey to seller with bill of sale but I never registered it to me as I only had it for a month. Both boat and trailer conveyed via bills of sales as neither are titled in the state of Georgia. Boat is currently registered until 2024 by Georgia DNR.I do recommend a heavy duty, if not super duty vehicle to tow her with. Not just full-sized truck but actually a heavy duty truck. The boat is some 5,200 pounds wet (full tank of fuel, water tank and waste tank) so a good tow vehicle rig is an absolute MUST for this combo.I am not saying that nothing else is wrong but that these are all of the issues that I PERSONALLY KNOW of. If you've seen any of my other auctions, my wife and my ex have backgrounds in marketing and they both say I put too much detail in my ads. "A good salesman shows you the positive and surprises you with the negative." I have always thought that was a lousy way to do business. This is why I state the good, the bad and the ugly so you as a buyer can make an informed decision. If you look at my feedback, it's 100% and has been for over ten years. This boat and trailer are being offered as is and where is in SW Atlanta, GA. If there are any questions, I eagerly welcome them. I do not know what YOU think is important so questions are invited.Ask as many questions as you like and please do so early. If you ask a question 2 minutes before the auction ends, you probably won't get an answer in time.I do NOT "re-negotiate" after the bidding ends."I didn't know about this; will you take less?" scenarios are not accepted so if there is a question you deem material, please ask.I will not accept less than the final price because doing so is not fair to the other bidders. $500.00 deposit due within 24 hours of auction end; remainder due in cash upon pick-up WITHIN THREE DAYS.Please check my feedback and bid with confidence!
