89 Wellcraft St Tropez Cabin Cruiser Project Boat No Reserve

89 Wellcraft St Tropez cabin cruiser project boat No Reserve. This boat needs a little TLC but should be well worth fixing up. We have a marina boat business here at Lake of the Ozarks Missouri. This is a fresh water boat that has never seen salt water. According to the hr meter on the dash engines only have 211 hrs. I don't know if that is accurate or not but the Guage works. I have no previous history on the boat. Ok for the good- Looks like seats and side panels have been redone at some point. No rips or tears. Has newer stereo system with Bluetooth and a large amplifier. Bathroom with shower, shore power, air-conditioning, generator, refrigerator, stove top alcohol or electric. Boat could use a little bit of cleaning up but overall it is in my opinion good condition for it's age. Boat has twin 454 bbc Mercruiser engines with direct drive transmissions. Ok for the bad- left side engine has oil leak coming from the oil pan. It will probably need a new pan it good thing is that there is enough room to replace it without pulling the engine. The right side transmission has a bad oil leak. Not sure where it is coming from so it's possible that transmission may need to be replaced. I drove this boat last week from my shop to my house which is over 40 miles on the water! Took about 5 hrs. When I first left the shop I filled up the leaking transmission. It did work but ran out of fluid in about 5min. So I shut off that engine (which runs perfect btw) and drove it home on the left side engine no problems
