Well, this could get to be a long story, but, here goes....After crashing my 1979 YoungbloodPickelfork Tunnel hull in '97 I went on a search to find whoever had bought a Youngblood mold and was actually building boats. I finally heard of Jim with Warhawk Performance Boats in Winfield AL. Jim and I were able to meet and I was able to personalize my boat with everything as I liked and wanted. Including colors, design, gauges and hardware, absolutely everything to my wants and needs. We had struck a deal. Due to Jims health, progress on the boat was slow and took awhile to complete. I understood the situation and was patient as Jim slowly was able to finish this beautiful piece of work. WOW! What a beauty it is. But as I was waiting for the new master piece to be completed I had gotten interested in Offshore Performance Boats. So, now the good part. This is a BRAND NEW 2003 that has never had and engine or pump installed in it. When I got home with it in July 2003 I put it in my garage, covered it up, and that is where it has been for the last 11 years since it was created. It has only seen daylight twice (had to pull it out and admire it, LOL). Yes, a NEW 11 year old boat that has never been wet and almost never seen the light of day. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! A beautiful master piece that has never been rigged, wet, licensed or driven. YES, it is titled......in my name.....clear title.....hasNEVER had a lien on it.Now on to the trailer. Ibuilt this trailer at my shop, it was also painted (base-clear) at my shop. Asyou can see this is a verygorgeous trailer, built with all new steele, hardware, wheels, tires etc.All wiring is run inside the tubbing. Features 1 piece fiberglass fenders w/steps. All joints were welded on both sides and also glaze filled for that smoooooth look. I pulled this trailer 2,500 mi. (to get boat when new) and there are still tits on all 4 tires. obviously it is a straight trailer and aligned well.I am very meticulous when building things. Tires and in perfect condition, no cracks or weather checking, looks like I bought them yesterday. Trailer is ready to pull anywhere, it has never been backed into water, never been wet. When I built the trailer I had no way of knowing the height or location of the front tie down/mount (the 2x4 in the pics). I am in the process of making that piece and it will be included with the purchase. As you can see this is a TOTALY gorgeous package A 99.9% flaweless rig. And has the potential of being VERY fast. This is easily a triple digit rig with BB Chevy power and a nice pump, my Youngblood went over 120mph with a supercharged 468 and a Berkley12JG SS pump.
