The 50 SC is 51' 10" overall and is laid out as follows:Enter from the transom into the cockpit then into the salon via a large sliding glass door.Salon - An entertainment center with bar, fridge, TV, and love seat are to port with a large curved sofa and coffee table to starboard. Cruise Air unit.Interior helm - bench sitting for two with gauges and electronics consistent with the vintage. Autopilot, depth gauges, radar, etc...Galley - down three steps is the galley and dinette. The galley features a fridge, freezer, convection microwave, four burner stove, sink, and good cabinet space. The dinette is provides seating for four and converts to a double berth. Cruise Air Unit and plenty of storage.Port head - consists of a separate shower, sink, and toilet.Guest stateroom - is to starboard and has two single berths that can be converted to a double and a large closet. Under and overhead storage along with easy access to panel and wiring.Master stateroom - consists of a queen berth, double lockers/closets, double vanities, under and over storage, the second full head with separate shower, sink, commode, and the third cruise air system.Flybridge - bench seating, electronics including Garmin 4212, circular seating area with table, cold box, sunning area with 3 pads, and partial enclosure.Windlass, cable master, etc.The vessel is in good shape in and out, but it is 18 years old. That is why it is 210k versus 2m.Additinal info - I purchased this vessel from Russo Marine in July 2009. We redid the teak, did the 1k hour, added the Garmin, VHF, and just replaced the carpet. The boat is detailed twice a year and properly maintained. Current engine hous are 1300. Genset is about 1000. Cruise info (based on experience) -1000-1200rpm 5-8 knots 3-4 gph1800-2400rpm 17-23 knots 36+gph2800 WOT 27+knots 40+ gphNote - Diesel engines such as these should not be run at 100% power for any prolonged period of time. 90% or less. We generally cruise our boat 1800-2400 fifteen minutes for every 45 we spend at the lower rpm.Cat bases overhauls on gallons through the engine. 30k gallons is the recommended overhaul on these engines. Based on recorded usage, these engines are estimated to have had 14k gallons through them.
