1999 72 foot Viking Princess yacht. Owned since 2007. Always serviced and maintained.Looks and performs As it should.Twin Man diesels. 2400HP. Super low hours. 1100Just completing refit. Will be around 3 more months,probably less so if you want something to get on right now and cruise. This isnt it. Paid 1.2 in 2007.

InJanuary 2020 I decided to refurbish and update fixtures,fittings,spaces and exterior amongst other things.Not because of deterioration, only because of personal choice

I started with certain items and gradually did more and more.

Being done at my home dock with private old school retired specialists on retainer so no time or marina constraints or being stuck with bad workers and problems I cannot solve quickly.

Will finish it irrespective of my listing unless otherwise requested by potential buyer.

Things left to do are new floors,furnishings and full engine service and fluid flush as it has only been started and idled without leaving my dock for the last 15 months.

Dry docking necessary also for bottom scrape and paint.

I have only done around 250 hours on it in 14 years.It only has 1100 hours total

My decision has nothing to do with money,only personal tragedy which leaves me distressed and not really wanting to even look at the boat any more much less ever going out on it again finished or not.The complete opposite of my feelings a year ago.

Ive owned it since 07 and never had a full time captain.I am familiar with all aspects of my boat and will be completely transparent with you for your peace of mind.

I have photos prior to refit as well as many during various stages of it.
