2003 VECTRA 221 Boat is in good condition minor cosmetic stuff with a few of the cushions, all gauges work motor shows 408 Hours, also comes with nearly brand new aluminum tandem trailer. Boat motor is a 2006 Evinrude 200HP 2 Stroke single outboard , MOTOR TURNS OVER ONLY DOESN'T START, we do have a video of it turning over we can provide upon request.
