This auction is for a 28 pontoon that serves as a great floating dock, the entire deck on this pontoon is actually aluminum plate except for the platform I added to the rear. This is nice because there is no wood to rot or replace! I am sure the scrap value alone for 200 sqft of aluminum is substantial. This pontoon also has a very nice folding hardtop for shade and shelter from rain. I also installed 12VDC LED lighting on the pontoon that looks nice at night. The 12VDC power supply is located in a watertight enclosure along with a duplex 110VAC outlet and convenient cord for powering up the lights and outlet. The outlet is very convenient for battery chargers or hanging a light under the hardtop roof. . There are some hinges on the port side where I connected my ramp that could be used for a future ramp. The ramp I used I am not selling.

I have used this dock for two summers now, last summer I added the wood platform to the rear which is very nice for fishing. When I welded the support gussets to the rear of the pontoons I created a few small leaks on the stern side pontoon. The dock was in all summer but it was sitting lower on the stern side when I removed it last fall. This spring I welded the leaks and verified they are no longer leaking by pressure testing. I am confident there will be no issues this summer. There is also a dent towards the back on the bottom of both pontoon, these dents can only be seen when the pontoon is out of the water. The pontoons have a a lot of scale on them from sitting in the water for several summers.

This is a great opportunity for someone to get a very large and primarily aluminum dock with roof and lighting for an affordable price compared to buying or building new. I also have a trailer dock that I connected to the end of this dock which could be purchased for an additional $300. It has hinge pins which allow it to be connected to the back of pontoon platform. I am selling this dock because I have bought an even larger pontoon that I will be converting into a dock this spring. The trailer in the pictures is NOT INCLUDED. I would possibly consider helping with delivery within 50 miles with a deposit to be determined and some compensation for fuel and time. Thanks for looking, cash only please.
