This is a steel pontoon boat. No rails, no motors and needs total reconditioning. It is a ready for you to build it to your requirements. A lot of possibilities for the person with skills and wants to have a boat for a budget. A new 16' Aluminum is $8,000 with nothing on it. I don't know how much a 23' would be but I would guess twice that.I bought this from a public auction. The city was selling surplus items. I think it's very unique and can really be something cool, that no one else has. The seller disclosed the following statement on their disclosureBare Pontoon with Deck

I have found these auctions to be extremely honest in their sales disclosures.

There is no trailer and they will provide forklift for assistance. Title and licensing are unknown so that is up to you. I live in WA State so I won't even be present at time of pickup. Pickup has to be done by 6/13/2016. Payment to be made prior to that so I can release it.
