It does need to have the bottom redone. We have most of the cotton and 5200 sealet.
Description: 

We have been living on this boat for 7 1/2 years The boat is livable but it does need to be pulled out and have the bottom seams re done. The decks need to be redone also. We have been putting Cetal on them . The motors have low hours. There is 3 bilge pumps- high water alarm - fume snifter- remote battery tester- holding tank system. The generator is a 1985 9kw. Onan. New water heater. 100 gal water holding tank. AM_FM Radio and Cd player VHF Radio - Depth finder. The washer works fine the dryer takes so long to dry. Stove works good. Refridgerator works good.
