Lake Ontario fresh water only - 1973 42' Trojan Flushdeck, Flybridge

WOOD Motor Yacht. Twin Detroit 6V53's (approx. 2200 hrs. on engines),

7.5 KW Onan generator (diesel). All teak interior. Main cabin has

carpet, two original chairs (recently recovered) and queen size futon

and 32" TV. Two staterooms, sleeps 6 (8 total with futon). Full queen

bed in master. Two full heads with showers (full shower in master

bath). Both with Vacu-flush toilets. Galley has wood parquet floors

with full-size apt. refrigerator, electric stove/oven and dual stainless

sink. Two AC units. Heaters in all 3 cabins. Wet bar with ice-maker

on aft deck. Fly-bridge has a full gauge package. Glendinning engine

synch system. New Sunbrella canvas. Salt water capable, but has only

been used in fresh water. Indoor storage winters/Covered dockage

summers except for the last several years. Double planked mahogany hull

sides and bottom (7/8" plank over 3/8" plywood) on oak frames. All

teak decks and large swim platform (with boarding ladder) finished with

Sikkens (Cetol Marine). 110 gal. fresh water capacity. 20 gal. hot

water tank. On board 4 bank battery maintainer. Total 360 gal. fuel in

4 tanks. 30,000 lbs. displacement.

Purchase includes standard Coast Guard package required for a boat of this size.

Turn-key motor yacht which has been meticulously maintained by the same

owner for the past 19 years. At this point it needs general

maintenance and upkeep. Great set-up for live-aboard.

Boat is currently in wet dock on Sodus Bay, Lake Ontario. There is

direct access West to all the Great Lakes; West/South to the Mississippi
