Trojan F36

For sale is my 1981 Trojan F36 sport fish convertible with fly bridge, twin Chrysler 440's, straight drive transmissions (velvet drives), dual air conditioning, sleeps six, four burner stove, oven, sleeper sofa, two refrigerators, separate shower stall from toilet. All though hull ball valve fittings (sea cocks) were replaced two years ago (only because a few were getting hard to open and close) cost 2k. All exterior upholstery is in great shape. Captains chairs are new. cost 1k. Batteries are recent. Bimini top is one season old cost 1400.00 Boat has gps and depth finder. Air conditioning is ice cold and the main unit was rebuilt last season for 2200.00 Fuel tanks were cleaned last season. Sea strainers were completely rebuilt two years ago, Sea pumps have new impellers. The boat needs work here and there. Engines have closed cooling systems. One motor needs and exhaust manifold gasket but you can run boat without hurting anything (its a very small leak and no water typically runs through this part) The generator is locked up and does not work. Gauges all work for the most part but need up dating. Both motors run perfect and do not run hot at all. I have often checked all manifolds with laser temp gun and all is good. Motors will need belts and hoses. I had replaced some of them. Shower pump is new as well as the sink fixture and shower head and faucet. Bathroom floor could use new covering and cabinet doors need new hinges. Decks and fly bridge are solid but do have some small stress cracks. The hull is in great shape and was striped last year and had epoxy primer and Petit hydro coat installed. I am selling this boat as is, needing work in as is condition with no warranty. I had back surgery a few weeks ago so i can't do to much work on the boat moving forward and decided to sell it. I have owned this boat for four years. Pics are from last season. Boat is located in MD near Rock Hall. Boat is out of the water right now. I can start motors and will be putting in water within a few weeks or sooner depending if it sells or not.
