Tri-cabin Yacht. 36 feet. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!! Sleeps 6 easy. Full shower is not in the pictures but is behind picture 16 (to the right). The bow bathroom shower is the whole bathroom. (we use the other one but both work). Electric stove top with oven. New refrigerator with top freezer. All plumbing works. New fresh water pump. 25 gallon electric water heater. Has electric heat and 10,000 a/c unit. twin engine mercruiser 255 small blocks with direct drive. On board battery charger. New 12v bilge pumps. 110 V emergency bilge also. No generator. I used my Honda 2000 on the deck (not for sale). large teak swim deck with boarding ladder. Full canvas top but the zippers are sh#@.Bought this winter but since bought a cabin. Wife says it has to go. One motor does not have a starter on it so unsure of anything with it. Other runs but has cracked exhaust manifolds. shipping weight is 16,500 lbs.35" draft12"3" clearance from waterline66 gallon fresh water220 gallon fuel.13 ft beam.Yacht is currently in a slip in Burlington Iowa 52601. (Bluff Harbor Marina).The Yacht can be put on a semi for transport by the marina for I believe $250 but better figure $500. Motors are super easy to get to as they are inside the cabin under the floor. Easy to work around. Awesome Yacht for the right person. We use it as a floating weekend apartment now. Very spacious.
