I am selling my 1972 Trojan Tri cabin 36 foot boat. Too much going on in my life now and I just don't have time for her anymore. It has been on the Washington waterfront docks for the last 8 years. It is now at Mccotters Marina on the hard and Mccotters striped and applied the new bottom paint (the good stuff recommended for the area) with all new zincs. Launching has already been paid. It was surveyed when we purchased it 2010 at $26,000. Have a suitcase full of paperwork and the survey. She needs some love but is a lot of boat with a very well proven hull. The gas tanks have been pumped and replaced with some new gas. The 4,000 watt Onan generator has had the carb cleaned and water pump impeller replaced. The starboard 383 Chrysler has had the carb rebuilt. The port 383 is stuck. It has reverse cycle heat/air. I have had more than my share of fun on her but as I mentioned I just don't have the time for her any longer. She has a soft spot at the sliding back door. It had a soft spot as you came in the back from the swim platform when we purchased her which we cut out re-enforced added new treated wood and re-glassed and repainted the floor with textured marine paint. It was all great until the soft spot formed at the rear door. One grab rail on the front has come off. (still have for re-installing.) This allowed some water damage to the ceiling of the front 1/2 bathroom where the bolt went through to hold the rail. I sanded, prepped, stained and sealed the wood about 7 years ago (seen in picture #4. After years in the sun she needs it again. I purchased 2 new exhaust out hoses as they were getting soft and needed replacing but have not replaced them. The surrounds have some cracks in places in some of the plastics and some of the zippers stitching is needing re-stitched. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
