This boat has seen very little use. None of the items showing wear affect the operation of the boat. The pontoon points are bent over from boat bumping the dock. Most of the eisenglass panels in the enclosure will need to be replaced. The canvas portion of the enclosure is in good shape.
Description: 

This 1994 Tracker Party Hut has seen very little use. The seats, bimini tops, carpets, and other canvas are in good condition. The galley has a new counter top, and includes a propane cook top and sink with water pump. Tanks for fresh water and gray water. Private bathroom/changing room with porta pot. Rear seats make into a good sized bed. Trailstar trailer with brakes is included. Johnson motor has had the carbs and fuel pump professionally rebuilt. Motor also has new timer base, power pack, plugs, clutch dogs, and forward gear. Oil change in lower unit and leak tested. All cylinders show 120+ compression. $500 deposit due at auction close. Boat can be inspected with appointment.
