End of the season special! When reading this description note that the blue book value, for the boat alone, is between $32,000.00 and $35,000.00. The boat is a 2010 model that was not put in to use or titled until the summer of 2011. The original engine was defective and was replaced under warranty with a brand new engine manufactured in 2013. The installation of the new engine (Mecury XS Pro 150 stainless steel propellor) wasn't complete until November of 2013 and the boat went strait into storage. I don't think the new engine has more than 100 hours of use since then. It runs strong, fast, and without any problems. The boat is extremely comfortable with creme colored leather like seats, wood grain trim, carpet, table, galley sink and counter, carpeting, West Marine water resistant stereo and great speakers, I replaced the wimpy pontoon boat horn with one that actually gets attention, hydraulic steering, sun deck, mooring cover and Bimini covers, fire extinguishers, and a changing room.I had five dealer add ons put on the boat. A ski tower, double Bimini top, extra reclining seat, battery cut off switch, and a Lowrance fish/depth finder with inland waterways. In addition to the dealer add ons, the boat is being sold with every piece of equipment needed to put it right in the water. All life jackets - The boat has a 15 person capacity and there are at least that many jackets including some children's sizes, throw cushion, 2 way portable marine radio, West marine stainless steel grill and mount, grill tools, (2) 1# propane tanks, tube with tow rope, high flow inflator, numerous inflatable bumpers, plastic bumpers, numerous dock lines, fluke style anchor - flukes straighten to get the anchor unstuck, flares, (2) telescoping oars that double as grab hooks, a telescoping grab hook, tool box, and two first aid kits. To equip the boat with the included accessories would cost several thousands of dollars. The boat sits on a 2010 Trailstar, dual axle trailer with double surge brakes, making it Pennsylvania legal. The original carpeted bunks rotted and I replaced them two years ago. I used Douglas fir (some consider it to be a hardwood) topped with composite deck wood. The composite wood acts much like silicone bunk liners that allow a boat to slide on and off the bunks easier. I don't believe the bunks will rot again. I installed guide post to know where the trailer is when submerged. The trailer has steps on the front leading to the boat's front gate for easy launching, trailering. There is also a spare tire.Notice the propeller doesn't have any nicks or dings. In one of the pictures I have the sun platform open and the dressing room raised with the curtain rolled up. The dressing room can also be used for a porta-potti if so inclined. The boat has always been stored for the winter in a climate controlled limestone mine in Brady's Bend, PA. It is currently in Brady's Bend Underground Storage, 210 Cove Run Road, East Brady, PA 16028. The boat can stay where it is, if the buyer completes an agreement changes the billing information with the storage facility.I don't hide any flaws I'm aware of, so here are the negatives:With the exception of one area, damage to the side panels of the boat is limited to the decals. The aluminum panels are not affected. The one area where the aluminum is affected ( back right above Suntracker logo), caused the aluminum to conform to a support behind the panel. Unless someone is looking for this area, more than likely, they won't notice. One of the damage pictures shows a close-up, which is actually a fairly small area. If you look at the picture of the port (left) side of the boat, you can see the area below the "S" in Suntracker. The area on the front decal just occurred and appears to have been hit by the detailer's buffer. The "Regency Edition" decal on the front is peeling. It comes off cleanly and doesn't leave marks. Decal packages are sold by Tracker Marine and can be replaced. From the pictures you'll notice the tip of the starboard pontoon is bent. While moored, a large wake caused a heavy dock section to come down on the tip. There is no structural damage and the loop on the tip still holds the boat securely in all conditions. I didn't want to weaken the aluminum by heating it to straiten. The boat was just professionally detailed and looks great.Winning bidder must send a $1000.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of successful Purchase. The remaining balance will be accepted by PayPal, cash, or cashier's check prior to the completion of the bill of sale and ownership documents. The buyer is responsible for pick-up and/or shipping. I will consider delivery for a negotiated fee.
