Tracker Party Hut

For auction a 1991 Party Hut Aluminum pontoon boat houseboat.

The interior has been upgraded with a 1500 watt inverter that powers the mediasystems:

1. Direct TV satellite in motion antenna with 32" HD TV can be installed inside cabinor outside.

2. 100 watt RMS amp, with two interior speakers and two 400 Watt Max outdoor speakers.

3. DVD HD

The refrigerator is AC/DC. There is a Battery switch #1 Both and #2 and off positions. Under power the engine will charge positions #1 & #2, Position #1 is the start Battery, Position #2 charges two battery's that power the inverter. While at the dock shore power powers the boat and charges all three battery positions:

Engine Start / Entertainment System / Generator Start Out on the water there is an 4000 watt ) ONAN GENSET EMERAL PLUS generators/n L900360256 with a separate start battery.

Bathroom has a flush toilet with it's own holding tank and dump receptacle and a pedestal sink, a water pump and water tank ( don't know water quantity)

The engine is a Mecury outboad 90HP 2 stroke gas and oil use under 3500 RPM is unbelievably low There is one gauge that is digital and controls are engine parameters.
