I purchased the boat 3 years ago from a private seller, and I am the 3rd owner.As far as I know, the cabin and sleeping area has never been smoked in. Overall the boat is in very good condition.The deck is solid aluminumwith carpet on top (no wood to rot).The boat is easy to handle, a joy to ride in, and is very comfortable. The cabin area is shielded from the hot summer sun and has windows which open to allow lake breezes to enter. The cabin area also is air conditioned and heated,The sleeping area lounges make a bed for 2 adults, The entire canvas cover, or the zip out windows, can be easilyremoved for day use. There is a ladder to the top of the unit where you can sun orlounge. The forward area has 2 large sun lounges. The separate bath has a porta-potty commode and a shower, with a fresh water tank mounted on top of the boat for the shower and kitchen sink. The kitchen area has a cooktop and sink with cabinets for storage. The dinette has an eating area which converts to a small bed. There is a heavy duty swim ladder which allows swimmers easy access back on to the boat. A large anchor with 200' of anchor rope (with chain) is included. The boat will carry 15 people and it is very fuel efficient and plenty fast. There is a ton of storage on the boat. There is a 36 ft. galvanizedcustom tandem trailer included, I haul the boat with a 3/4 ton pickupbut I believe the boat can behauled with a 1/2 ton pickup truck. This boat is ready to go to the lake. A PayPal earnest money deposit of $500.00 is required from the winning bidder within 24 hours of the auction close, with full payment expected within 10 days of auction close.
