Tiara Yachts 40 Express

1996 tiara yachts 40 express 8.3 cummins this is a great vessel just put every new hose and clamp all cummins parts , new after coolers ,new oil coolers, new heat exchangers . never over heated extra props from factory much extra everything one ice maker need charging new seats 3 years ago new top this year , has be on lift for last 10 years just want to sell after last storm my seawall needs to be replaced and have no where to move it , maybe with my age good time to sell. I am selling at a good number , i don't need to sell it , it a good boat , boat not going to let someone pick it part for little things , ill keep it its 20 years old and has its issues but none of them bad never used second head can't say if it works air cond(2) both work great fridge and ice marker in (galley) work electric helm seat won't move may be fuse ? newer northern lights low hours 4 years old new battery chargers pretty clean boat . just did oil samples all were good send me questions i will call you back only listing for 7 days otherwise ill keep it
