Listed again....buyer did not pay. BUY this Boat for 1/2 it's value. Purchased as a salvage. Cleaned boat, drained water from fuel tanks, replaced batteries, alternators, starters, relays.... Drove boat from Saugatuck to Manistee last year. Boat is in Manistee, MI. Engines ran fine (375 hp cats), batteries not charging....boat needs electrical work...but mechanically sound. Buyer should assume that nothing electrical works. However, with a weekend or two, this boat can be a salmon fishing machine. Estimated value Surveyed at $30,000.00 ....Could be $40,000 with some TLC. Divorce causes sale. Boat was winterized for storage in fall 2018. Good luck bidding. Conducted by: Mike Evenhouse, SA Purpose of survey: This is a Limited Condition Inspection Survey. Per the request of Adam Aldrin, the subject vessel was only inspected for structural integrity and moisture/delamination condition. NOTE: This type of survey should not be misconstrued as being a much more thorough and more detailed buyers pre-purchase condition & value survey and is not intended to be assumed as such. If a component is not identified in this report, it was not inspected. Vessel surveyed at: Keenan Marina, Spring Lake MI How survey conducted: The vessel was surveyed in the water only while resting in it's assigned slip No C2. The Hull bottom and underwater machinery was NOT inspected. Moisture / Delamination: The Protimeter Aquant 5765 moisture meter was used for moisture readings referenced in this report. All moisture readings are comparative to surrounding areas with terms of normal or relatively dry, relatively moist or relatively wet. A percussion hammer was used to randomly test for delamination on all hull, transom and top deck surfaces including any high moisture areas. Other comments: Vessel was previously submerged per owner statement. VESSEL CONDITION & VALUE Condition rating: BELOW AVERAGE (In need of significant repair and cleanup). Estimated current fair market value: Low Retail for "Average Condition" suggested to be $44,000. High Retail for "Average Condition" suggested to be $51,000. "Below Average" value estimated to be $30,000.
