THIS IS A DONATED VESSEL Please call me at phone. 1997 4000 Tiara Express, powered by twin Cummins turbo, inter-cooled Diesel Engines (1100 original hours) V-Drives. Two Cabins, master V berth forward with mid cabin guest, each with separate heads. Fully enclosed shower. Two Marine Air self contained A/C units with digital controls, one forward under the V-birth and one starboard under the aft dinette table, both A/C units are reverse cycle for heat. Motors start right up, generator and A/C units work fine. Bottom painted a year ago. No vibrations. You will probably want to upgrade the electronics and appliances. The upholstery is fine but you might want to redo it in the future if you’d like. Please look at the pictures. The floor in the salon is teak and could be refinished which is simple to do. A great value here at $69,000, please do the comparisons
