It is amazing how high the quality of leather and teak, etc. Tiara is known for being a winner. Cockpit floor "tables" are not functional. We have replaced some hydraulic lifts with new lifts. mot The autopilot is working fine, VHS radio is great. One Raymarine screen is inop., one is doing well. It has a 75mile Raymarine radar that is more than sufficient. Fresh bottom job and props checked and tuned. Top speed at 32mph, not bad for a 24yr old boat. This is a winner! OVER $900K replacement cost.

ONLY 1200 hours on these great CTRA...diesels, 8kw Kohler genset, over 400 gallons of fuel plus a separate 40g tank for the generator. Recent bottom job and wheels reworked. Tops out at 32mph WOT. At 700 RPM you do approx 6mph----economy!This yacht is my personal boat, I have owned it for nearly 5 yrs. We are considering another toy.Clean title, fully USCG documentation. Blue leather interior with the light ash wood paneling throughout. Entire sole is teak with a large folding Teak Table at the settee.Huge master head with 2 person shower and a great Vacu-Flush marine toilet, 2 a/c units, the aft stateroom is a double with marine head and vanity sink/mirror.Bimini top, full enclosure, all vinyl is pristine, the icemaker is freezing but not making ice. Full galley with electric stove, coffee maker, new microwave, fridge and a freezer that is not below 40 degrees so it is another fridge.Brand NEW LED spotlight-remote controlled, hull is super clean, decks are like new, a large garage in the rear with a 4ft extended swim platform. Inflatable 6ft dinghy incuded. You must see and touch to really appreciate the condition.Both seaworthy and luxurious, the Tiara 4000 Express was designed for those who want to do more with their boat than dock or anchor. Tiara's 105-cubic-foot compartment in the transom offers more room for more gear.It is a big plus to be so beamy.......the beam is 14ft 6in wide.Tiara has made its 2 staterooms by designing the 4000 with space for a master queen-sized and an aft double-sized berth. They each have at least seven feet of headroom. Wide side decks, an integral grab handle on the radar arch, an oversized step, and a cockpit light, make the transition from cockpit to deck safe and convenient. Great family boat!NOTE: Replacement cost estimated at $900k plus. This is a bargain!
