This is a 1986 28' Tiara in very good condition, it comes with a zero 3210 Garmin Cobia Tower Fuel Station. Starboard engine has 90 hours, port engine has 60 hours. Both engines are 350s.

By bidding on our classifieds board listed item you are entering a contract with Angel For Hope Ministries and committing to pay in full for your bid amount. You are representing that your classifieds board bidder ID is legitimate and that your address and telephone number are correct. We require all bidders with low and zero feedback scores to contact us before bidding. In the case of a winning bid we need your contact information immediately upon auction close. Your failure to provide this information is an admission on your part that you are not making a good faith effort to complete this transaction. If you do not contact us you have violated our sellers terms and agreements. We reserve the right to cancel any bids you have made and take legal action to recoup damages and attorney fees for interfering with our rights to raise funds for our charity through the classifieds board bidding process.

*Satisfaction Policy - If winning bidder feels the donor has misrepresented item in any way. The winning bidder can leave the item where it is and request your funds back in full. You are not required to pick up the item but you are required to make a physical, on-site inspection of the donated item before leaving the item.

Payment Terms - The winning bidder should contact Angel For Hope Ministries immediately after close of auction to confirm the intended payment arrangements. A deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction, in the amount stated of the final selling price. This deposit is nonrefundable should the buyer fail to pay the remaining balance when due. The deposit may be paid either via bank wire, or Cashiers Check or Money order VIA OVERNIGHT COURIER addressed to: Angel For Hope Ministries, 14735 Innerarity Point Rd Pensacola FL 32507. The balance is due within 2 days of the end of the auction. Payment of the balance may be made via cashier's check, money order or Bank wire. In the event contact is not made within 24-hours of the end of the auction and/or payments are not made by the specified times, Angel For Hope reserves the right to re-list the item. We also reserve the right to re-list the item if the telephone number provided from a buyers classifieds board information is incorrect.

Delivery - Unless otherwise specified in the descriptive text or via written mutual agreement between the buyer and seller, this item is being sold as is where is, and the buyer is solely responsible for arranging shpping and/or transportation from its physical location and for all associated costs. If the buyer or buyer's agent does not take possession of the item in a 4-7 day time frame, the buyer is liable for any costs seller may incur for storage and/or for moving the item to a longer-term storage facility.
