PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AND LOOK AT ALL THE PICTURES CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING. THERE IS NO MOTOR INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION:1963 Thompson 18' Wood boat. This boat is in usable condition but really needs a restoration. There is a Sunbrella canvas top seen in pictures included. Also included are the side windows that go with the top. The zipper does not work on one of them. The boat needs rotted wood repaired. I took pictures of the worst part of the rotted stringers but thats not the only part of the bottom that is rotted. The floor boards were removed to inspect the hull and they are not screwed down they are just laying in their approximate positions . The whole outside of the bottom was coated with West Systems Epoxy and glass about 10 years ago. At the same time, a lot of wood was replaced and refinished. It was basically a partial restoration. The boat is usable as is. Just add your motor. The Yamaha outboard that is on the boat in the pictures is NOT included in this auction and will be removed prior to sale. The boat has working bow lights and bilge pump, The trailer is roadworthy. All four tires and bearings were all replaced 7 or 8 years ago and bearing buddies installed. All the lights worked the last time it was towed appx. two weeks ago. You get a transferable registration for the trailer and a bill of sale for the boat. IF I come up with a registration for the boat between now and when it sells you will get that too. I'm working on that now. You are responsible for picking up this boat from my house in Syracuse NY 13212. I will not store it for you. I may deliver it within a reasonable distance for a fee.
