She is a 44 ft trawler with twin 120H Plehmans closed cooling system little over 2300 hrs.with a 750 gal. fuel tank that has a state of the art Polishing system E S I racor water separating fuel filters

@ 6 knts 1400 to 2000 mile. She will run 10 or 12 knts but likes to eat fuel at that pace. @ 8 knts around 1000 to 1200 mile Fresh bottom paint 2008

She has Tecnautic auto pilot hooked to 152 garmin gps new in 04 a 4 kw Radar new in 07 2 vhf radios for great navigation.

Has a late model 5,5 Gen brand( next) with all kinds extra parts Has lake water wash down pump.

over kill 1200 Maxwell 12 volt Windlass with chain and rode 150 ft also aluminum anchor for aft. several fenders and about a 1000 ft of extra rode.

Hastwo 30 amp connections and the cords plus a 50 amp 125 volt down to two 30's and twodistress beacon lights all kinds of safety stuff.

The galley has a 3 burner propane stove with oven (propane is stored in dock box on upper deck with the safety connections ) extra propane tanks.

A double deep s s sink. with hot and cold pressure water Water is heated Two ways from the engine or reg 110 water heater. Water also has a manual pump.

Norcold dual voltage refrig and an extra 110 frig. with freezer and storage galore . Has Two like new 1800 B T U Mermaidair conditioners

about new 30 amp Charles Battery charger to chg. The six marine batteries .Both enginesand Gen have cut off switches in engine room so no body can start from any helm.in case thru hulls are closed off. Engine room has room to get around both engines and 5 ft head room. has auto fire protection. dripless shafts.

This Old Girl comes with at least $10,000.00 of extra parts Will name some of them two used extra props a new shaft. engine fuel pumps new all new water pumps for engines and impellers for gen and engines. Belts and hoses injectors .New starter and 130 amp One wire alternator. New air cond pump new fresh water pump .newCPVC 10 ft pipes and hundreds of fittings. Clamps and hoses for water system and plumbing.

It has between 500 and 600 gal of fuel still in her. I always like to keep plenty of fuel .I top off when it is cheaper.
