Needs new impeller, rear cabin addition leaks water, Trim works from Inside and Outside.some interior needs to be gutted due to mildew, mold and rot and some cracked walls.The outdoor seating needs to be replaced along with carpet.Has sink, electric stove, stand up shower.Trailer lights are NEW LED submersible.Double axel trailer by ROLCO with Title3 titles, all are clear.
