Thank you for looking, you are bidding on my 2002 Sunseeker SuperHawk Model. History is as follows: This boat was shipped from San Diego, CA. to Sarasota, FL. Boat has been primarily used in Southwest Florida, while boating in Florida the boat was being backed into the boat slip when it bumped the dock piling and broke one of the drives, Tore the bellows and went down in 3 feet of water. As a result of this the port motor was half submerged. The boat listed to her port side. The Center Motor and Starboard Motor weren't compromised. Total result of damage to her is as follows; Cherry wood is discolored, rebuilding port motor is required center and starboard motor is recommended along with the Generator. All interior has been professionally cleaned and is in good condition. All exterior Cushions and seats are in great condition. Full canvas package in great condition. This vessel was equipped with Triple Yanmar LGLPSTP "2" Turbo 315HP. Diesel Motors. These motors are now at MotorPlex machine shop in North Fort Myers , Florida. Being evaluated and estimate for rebuilding. The 3 Bravo Drives III have been gone thru and reinstalled on the boat. The dual props are stainless steel and in good condition. The boat had not suffered any hull damage at all except for a few minor scratches on the port side rear. Everything said, she is in good condition. But is still a project boat. No Electronics are included with this purchase; however, I do have access to the state of the art total digital electronics that was bought new for the boat in 2013 and removed from the boat in 2014. Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Lantern Motors Inc. has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for sale. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year, and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Lantern Motors, Inc. welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Please understand that the vehicles are Pre-Owned and at times, a vehicle may come without accessories such as extra keys, cd magazines, navigation discs, floor mats, tools, and owner's manuals. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle.

The vehicles in the auction are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as "As Is" condition. However, most vehicles may still be in factory warranty or an extended service contract may be purchased. The winning bidder must contact the seller (Lantern Motors, Inc.) within 24 hours of winning this bid to start transaction and to receive a Purchase Order via Fax or email.

The winning bidder must respond within 24 hours after the auction with a $500 non-refundable deposit required via PayPal to start transaction. Then, the buyer has 3 days from the receipt of the deposit to do his/her inspections and due diligence. After the 7 days following the closing day of the auction, if the buyer has not completed his/her inspections and due diligence, it will be understood that the vehicle will be taken as an "As Is" without the inspection by the buyer. If the above items are not met within the allotted time frame, the vehicle may and will be available to all other buyers on a first come first serve basis.

All classifieds board deals must be consummated within 7 days from the closing day of the auction. Please notify us for any exceptions.

Illinois residents must add sales tax, and titling fees.

$299.00 doc. fee added to all deals, out of state purchasers are required to pay applicable taxes and titling fees in their home state. Title Information:

Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. Titles may be held up to 10 days if payment is made via cashiers check or 3rd party loan check or draft.

Shipping & Delivery:

All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Lantern Motors, Inc. will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!

Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $1,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Lantern Motors, Inc. as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Lantern Motors, Inc.

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Additional Requirements:

At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to seller.

Acceptance of a bid and/or the purchase and sale of the vehicle on which the bid is placed shall be governed by Illinois law and the buyer and seller agree to arbitration process in accordance with the rules of commercial arbitration of the American Arbitration Association in front of three arbitrators. One selected by the seller, one by the buyer and one by the two selected arbitrators sitting in judgment. Any court having jurisdiction may enter judgment upon the award rendered by the Arbitrator. Seller reserves the right to cancel the sale if, in seller's sole opinion, the buyer is unreasonable or abusive. Seller will warn buyer only once that their behavior, actions or positions are perceived by seller to be unreasonable or abusive prior to canceling the transaction. If seller cancels the transaction due to buyer being unreasonable or abusive seller will refund any deposit or payment made by buyer but no other costs incurred by buyer of any kind. Titles and ownership's - Title delivery can take up to 30 days from the date of final payment. Final payment date is the date that the funds clear our bank.
