Cuddy Cabin 24' overnighter w/26' dual wheel trailer ONLY 267.7 Original hours!. Sunrunner 245s boat from Spokane, WA where the factory was located. She has a 228 Mercruiser 260 out drive and through hull exhaust, she will go nearly 45 mph amazingly the boat goes that fast with such a deep hull. Sun Runner's Fiberglass stringer system with no wood to rot is one of those great 80's hulls that you don't find that kind of quality anymore, The Sun Runner is a deep-V, high freeboard, designed hull, that is very sea-friendly, sturdy and stable. I bought the boat as a project (she only had 263 original hours) and the hull has but a few minor scratches. Was cleaned and polished in 2019 the gel coat is a little thin in spots (see pictures). Deck gutted cleaned with addition of new jump seats in back. Has ship to shore radio, marine 2 speaker stereo system,; depth finder. Has nice swimstep, under step ladder, and additional mounting bracket for your trolling motor, Two new (4 months) interstate marine batteries with on and off switch. Walk through windshield. New 4bbl carb in September 2020 & replaced the shifting cable as it was getting stiff.Entire engine gone through by YTM 2019.**Still has top Factory compression in all cylinders**Replaced all belts, hoses, during complete tune up & replaced most electrical componets** in 2019. Out drive serviced and water pump replaced**2019 Motor currently has low 267.7 original hours (I have only put 5 hours in it) **serviced Trim Tabs & tilt trim**2020, 2 blowers**Dual 25 gal fuel tanks, Everything works perfectly. I used it all summer (see pictures in the ocean). Now for the inside, I gutted the old galley to the hull. Replaced all the front sleeper with new foam and nice hand made throw pillows by Cat's Canvas 2019. The under cockpit sleeping area has been redone with all new foam as well, no mildew or damp smell (now only 1 1/2 year old). The bathroom is original as I received and has a stand alone porta potty in it. There is a nice table and pedestal under the bow sitting/sleeping area. There is separate storage shelving next to the bathroom midship. The galley area is open space, no sink or stove, put your own back in or use the space for storage (poles, tackle as I did). Trailer is in good shape, bearings packed last year 2019, no dry rot, tires are fair. wiring good boat & trailer lights work perfectly, and of course some rust on the white paint from salt water use. Don't buy the same class project boat with a blown motor and no trailer!! This BOAT IS A Deal, SEA READY and not a project, Mechanically sound It will give you hours of enjoyment. Great for a "first" fish or offshore boat for the guy that likes to fish the kelp beds, or trapping off Coronado, etc..at a fraction of the cost for new. I put over $5K of improvements in the past 2 years and am willing to let it go as I have purchased a larger boat. This is not a new boat, and needs cosmetic things to make it yours. Hull & engine sound and seaworthy.=,Purrs like a kitten, PLEASE Don't expect a new boat, Oceanside Dockmaster told me these were some of the best hulls ever made and should be worth at least $8k in it's condition by itself.
