Sundancer

Up for sale is a 1984 sea ray sundance 270. I acquired the boat about 1 1/2 ago and didn't know about boats then and I still don't know much about them now. The one thing I do know about boats, is they require a lot of time and effort and money to keep up and maintain. All of which I don't have. Anyhow with that being said. Since I've owned the boat, I had it transported to the marina where it is currently being stored at near midway airport near Chicago. I had a mechanic come out and inspect the boat and told him to get it up and running for me and he has done the following:All fluids, and oil were changed on both motors on the boat

Spark plugs, cables, filters, and , the necessary to get it running

One ignition switch was changed I did get both engines going last year and I do have more pics and videos of the boat running.

But it seemed like it was always something every other week, it needed something to get it running 100% I didn't know how to operate the boat so, I went out with the mechanic on small trail runs to see how the boat ran.....and then work, family and priorities took place and I haven't had the time to once again get it going....One engine currently turns on and then shuts off....I don't know what it is. I had the mechanic come out once again to try to trouble shoot and find the issue. AGAIN timing is always and issue and Money. So I have decided due to storage fees, expensives, insurance, mechanic etc I NEED TO SELL THIS BOAT ASAPThe boat has a 10 foot beam, air conditioner, small kitchen sink, bathroom and also has a generator which I never got around to getting started.ANY HOW THE BOAT NEEDS TO GO ASAP!! BOAT IS BEING SOLD AS-IS So if you know about boats, or a mechanic here's your chance to get one a great price. Boat needs some TLC AND little cash to get it going. NADA Retail is a lot more than what I'm asking.
