SunTracker 22' Fishin' Barge Pontoon Boat And Tandem Trailer

I started a complete refurbishment of this boat, but circumstances caused me to put the project on pause and now we are empty nesters, and this is too big a boat for us. I put $7,000 into the refurbishment. I replaced the decking. The factory installed carpet was replaced with high-grade marine vinyl. The mechanical steering was upgraded to hydraulic steering. All of the hardware was replaced with stainless steel. All of the upholstery has been replaced. The Bimini top was replaced. The fishing seats were replaced. The bunks on the trailer were replaced and vinyl were used in place of carpeting to decrease friction and increase durability. I purchased a Pontoon Loader, but I haven't installed it. There is an Eagle fish finder/GPS unit. The pontoons have 6" lifting strakes.The boat has been sitting for 4 years. As a result, it seems that the injectors are fouled. The motor cranks but doesn't start. I found particles in the fuel filter and feed line. I replaced both. The motor was running great when I parked the boat. I don't know the hours on the motor. When we were using it, we would take it out a couple of times a month for fishing. We didn't do much cruising. The trailer tires are original. They have plenty of tread, but they should probably be replaced based on age.The suggested list is $12,995 is for a boat that is original. The difference with the asking price should easily cover the cost of getting this boat on the water and is a great value.
