1998 Sun Tracker Party Barge 21 foot all "ALUMINUM RIBBED FLOOR", light and very strong, all seats have hard plastic bases, brand new upgraded carpet, all newupholstery. 2000 Mercury 50HP Pro Series. Rebuilt two years ago, has built in oilreservoir, no mixing gas, power trim at the motor and on the console. Motor used one season, not even really broke in, less then 50 hrs. Just bump the key and you're running. "BIG TOONS" with no dents, sits above the docks, also giving it a nice ride too, no leaks, it's been on a private man-made lake, with no wake it's whole life. Never abused. Condition of the sun top? It's in okay shape, has all new sewing, it's not going to come apart, but it's up there in age, It comes with the original boat cover which has a few small holes, but keeps the sun off all the new upholstery. All gauges work, alt, water pressure, rpm and fuel. Stereo does not work, it's there, but will need a new one. I always list everything I can think of, no reason to lie and waste each other's time. I have taken twenty four HD pictures, were taken on 01/19/2015 so you know what you're biddingon. Comes with adjustable,Galvanized LoadRite Trailer. Boat comes with clean title. Trailer comes with bill of sale. My State, KY does notrequiretrailer titles, bill of sale only.
