Description:

This boat started life as a Sun Tracker Party Hut. It is technically classified as a houseboat, but it is more aptly described as a really fancytri-toon. Two yearsago it was stripped down to the barealuminum frame and toons and rebuilt with all new components. new 3/4 inch marine plywood and waterproof vinyl floor covering. New superstructure walls, new furniture throughout, new Alpine Marine CD head unit with usb, and iPod hookup. Marine grade bathroom. custom convertible enclosure over the rear for privacy and sleeping. Custom vinyl wrap, new slide away aluminum boarding ladder. halogen headlights for night parking. I have over 22K invested over the last 2 years!!! This is an awesome boat!!!
