Sun Tracker Party Hut 30 Regency Edition

2005 Sun Tracker Party Hut 30 Regency Edition 150 HP Mercury Outboard Two Stoke w/ Tandem TrailStar Trailer. Pontoon is in good/great shape. They don't make these anymore. I am the third Owner. Pontoon has been garage kept when not in use. I would say pontoon is in good/great shape. No tears in the fabric/vinyl. I replaced all the walls interior/exterior in 2018 - this was a big issue for these boats - the walls would draw moisture and de-laminate. I have removed the original self contained toilet (was outdated). I only used the bathroom area for changing/storage. A new updated toilet could be purchased if the new Owner so desires. I also removed the original kitchenette. It had shown signs of age and needed removed to replace walls. Pontoon sleep 6 comfortably with the pull out seats. Two tables - one can be seen in pics and the other is currently stored behind Captain's chair. Dual marine batteries to power all your accessories. Batteries in good condition - have never given me an issue. I installed new outdoor carpet on the swim/sun platform at the same time walls were replaced (2018). Pontoon has depth gauge, and cd/stereo. Pontoon has full enclosure ***NOTE*** two of the canvas covers have torn and will need replaced by new Owner. The 150 HP Mercury two-stroke motor runs well - not a speed demon, but will haul you across the water without any issues. Asking $28,500.00 these are hard to find in good shape. I believe I have fixed the main problems these pontoons are known to have. No low balling, I don't need to sell. I don't need help selling either. No scams - cash or cashiers check at time of purchase. I can deliver for a fee.Please keep in mind this pontoon is 14 years old, it does have some blemishes, dings, dents - not new.
