Sun Tracker Party Hut 28DL

HAVING TO SELL DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS.

Up for sale is my 1989 Sun Tracker 30' Party Hut. She is in good condition for her age.

The floor is strong, carpet is good,

Pontoons are airtight,

Upper deck is solid,

The frame is straight and true

The 90HPengine runs strong.

She only has 407 total hours on her.

The stove is missing

She is the life of the party and talk of the town when out on the lake. She has a dressing room, port-a-potty, cooler and sink. We have all the extra cushions to make beds out of the seats. What makes her a little different is the front canopy. It makes plenty of shade for the entire boat. The rear canopy frame is there and in good shape but the canopy it's self is gone (combination of age and weather).

There is a small 3" rip in one of the front sofa's, there is a small hole in the front canopy.

The boat has only been in fresh water but has been dry docked for the past 2 years. It ran great the last time we took it out (3 years ago),

The sale does include the tandem axle Tracker Trailer the boat originally came with. I had the rear axle replaced about 5 years ago and the surge brake system updated at the same time. With the surge brake system the vehicle does not need to have a trailer brake system.

The boat and trailer will be sold on a "BILL OF SALE". I have the title for the trailer but never perfected it because the boat stayed at the lake. Kansas does not issue titles for boats.

BEFORE YOU BID CONSIDER THAT THIS IS A VERY LARGE BOAT AND REQUIRES A HEAVY VEHICLE TO TOW IT.
