This 1995 sun tracker Party Hut is in excellent condition and has a trailer that comes in excellent condition with it as well. The boat sleeps 6 plus easily and can be covered completely by the canvas covers, included, which are also in excellent condition. All cushions, covers, and carpets are in excellent condition. The canvas comes with adjustable poles. There's plenty of storage available on this boat, with a custom cabinet, bathroom and portable toilet. All modern amenities are working and these include a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, and sink. There is also 2 water containers with hand pump. There's a SONY 5.1 surround HDMI stereo installed, with CB radio, and Eagle marine fish finder. There's also a new stereo that needs to be installed that will run on 120v dock power.The boat has an installed battery charger with 3 charge legs. There are 120 hookups for shore power, 4 outlets, 30 amp 50' power cord, and a coast guard package. 6 life jackets, dock box, 2 anchors with ropes and chains, 2 tables, 10 bumpers and rope, dock ropes, 2 xl tubes, side ladder for any of the 3 front entrances, everything you need to be on the water.
