Reduced Starting Bid /You are bidding on a 1 of a kind 1992 Suntracker Party Hut / Houseboat. This boat was purchased new by a Fire and Rescue Team in Chattanooga, TN. It came customized with a 3rd pontoon, enclosed hard side cabin with sliding windows, A/C unit, freshwater reservoir, aux. 19 gallon fuel tank ( 30 gal. main with 19 gal. Aux. ) & customized 3 axle galvanized trailer. Rear couch and deck converts to a queen bed, front seating also converts to a queen bed, while the dining table in the cabin converts to a twin bed. Cabin includes a private changing room with a portable toilet and locking door, kitchen area with freshwater sink, stove & cabinets, forward & aft. locking cabin doors. Lots of storage. There is a load bearing sun deck on top where the freshwater tank and A/C unit is located and an access ladder on cabin wall at the rear deck area. I have installed a NEW 2014 Mercury Long Shaft 150 HP Four Stroke Outboard with SS Pontoon Prop. ( $17,000 for motor alone ), a new marine radio, new marine AM / FM / CD Player with new speakers. The portable toilet is new. The motor has 8 hrs. on it as of this writing.There are too many features to list them all, but I think I covered most. Capacity is 14 adults.
