I bought this boat to get the family back on the water after 11 years of not being on the water due to travel sports. The boat is a 2003 Sun Tracker Party Deck boat. It is 21 feet long and is a modified V-hull with a large deck top that used pontoon styled seating. It has a beam of 8.5ft. It creates a great open boat that is versatile, and carries many people. It has an easy walk on front end. It is ideal for fishing, tubing, skiing, or just floating out on the lake. The boat has live well and aerated holding tanks for fishing. It also has a trolling motor mount hook up on the front bow where the fishing chairs are located. The boat weighs 2200 pounds and is easy to pull. The hull cuts waves like no other boat I have been on. It is the smoothest runabout styled boat I have ever been on. It is powered by a 4.3 liter V-6 Mercruiser I/O with Alpha One outdrive. The boat capacity is 10 people. Comes with all the safety gear: Flares, Extinguisher, paddle, and 5 various styled and sized life vests. I am also including the matching Sun Tracker Ski set I bought to go with the boat. It has a removable dining table, on board potable water storage and wet bar sink with drain, and a large cooler that fits under the drivers console. Includes 2 mushroom anchors with ropes. Front Navigation lights and rear stern lights are included also. The boat also has a marine stereo system. There is also an automatic bilge for the really wet days.

The tandem axle bunk style trailer with brakes that was made for the boat is also included. It has a walk up ladder for easy entry onto the boat when not in the water.

I have had all the maintenance done when I bought the boat. It has had new in the last 2 years: tune up with new plugs, cap, and rotor, bellows, transom seal kit, power steering cable, Gear control console and throttle cable. I even bought a new stainless steel framed Bimini top that is 7 feet tall from the floor of the boat and covers 9 feet of seating area in the boat. The Bimini was $1200 alone. The boat also has a new prop and the old prop for emergencies.

The boat was docked at Gull Lake on a hoist all of its life until 2014. I have trailered it everywhere since we got it. There are a few small tears in the interior from the years of pleasure and a little bit of dock rash, but the boat runs like new.

We are purchasing a place on the lake and are going to a pontoon since we no longer have to trailer a boat. I have priced this well below all suggested book prices. I would hope someone will enjoy it as much as my family has. Every once in a while, this truly versatile boat can be found for sale across the United States, but it is not that often. This style was made from 2003-2007 by Tracker Marine. It has the room of a pontoon and can do all the water sports for the kids. Plenty of storage.

I have clean titles and registrations for both.
