For Sale is our beautiful 2008 Sun Tracker Party Barge 24 Signature Series. We purchased this new in 2009. Asking price is $18,995. This price includes pre-paid dock space on the north end of Saratoga Lake on a private dock, (shared with 2-3 other boats) with lots of off street parking for the 2016 season! This floor plan and the quality of the seating and finishing is no longer offered by Sun Tracker. It is very hard to find a boat this well rounded with features and convenience. We chose this due to the on board running sink, rear swim platform and front fishing deck that is combined with two contoured lounges, a sun deck and L couch. The sundeck pops up into a changing room that includes a full size portable toilet that is only two seasons old, clean and well maintained. The boat was always covered during the year and stored indoors or shrink wrapped in the winter. All maintenance was always done to the motor yearly. This boat is ready for the water and family fun! Something for everyone, everything is included that you will need. Save thousands and thousands over fitting up a new boat.
This boat has been adult owned and responsibly used by our family. Boat is presently going in for servicing of a trim switch issue, but can be seen out of the water in Clifton Park, NY. As soon as the trim is fixed at the shop it will be back in the water in Saratoga Lake and can be seen and driven there. Boat will be cleaner than it is shown in pictures, these were taken after storage. Serious inquires only. This is a cash deal, we are not interested in trades of any kind. I have taken great care to describe the boat as accurately and honestly as possible. Please ask any questions. Private seller, Sold as is, no warranties. All DMV fees and taxes buyers responsibility. Can make arrangements to transport, but all charges payable by buyer. Boat is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end this listing if the boat sells during this auction.
