Sun Tracker

Up for sale is my 2001 Sun Tracker Pontoon Boat. I am the 3rd Owner of it. It has a 2 Stroke 125HP Tracker motor by mercury. Has a reservoir to keep the oil filled up with and it automatically mixes it. Runs great and starts right up with no issues. Seats and carpet in great condition for its age. I just installed a new bimini top on the front last week to match ( The tan one in the first picture). The pics with het black Bimini is from a month ago. It has a cab enclosure with locking front and back sliding glass doors. Shower / Bathroom. (Water tank for the shower and Chemical type toilet) Alcohol Cook Top, Cabinets, Sink with water tank, Microwave, TV and DVD player, Nice Stereo System, Has air-conditioning, Layout pad on roof, the front folds into a bed and so does the rear for camping. The rear enclosure will need replacing soon because it is getting some tears in it but doesn't have to be a priority because it still has life left. It does have the clip on ladder for getting in and out of the water, has 110v Outlets and converter, 110v/220v line. It does not have a built in generator but you can always take one along with you if you need it. Has a small propane grill that clips on the side also. This boat is ready to go. It was took out of the water last month and toons pressure washed and cleaned. This is a really nice and clean boat for its age. I do have the paper work to it and manuals to everything on the boat. I have the registration card to it, I do not have a actual title because Tennessee takes the titles and gives the cards. So that being said the card and a bill of sale is your title no matter what state you are in to get one issued to you. Could use a good cleaning though. Right now it is docked at a marina in Nashville on Percy Priest Lake. You will need to bring your own help to load it up and trailer it out. My work schedule is too crazy to do that. It does have a nice trailer with new tires and lights. I just need the boat gone because I want to downgrade to a smaller boat and get a couple jet skis. $1,000 Non Refundable Deposit is due within 48 hours and pickup must be within 7 days of auction close.
