The Sun Tracker Party Boat is an amazing investment if wanting to charter booze cruises / Sunset dinners / ETC or even just keep it for family time. It was previously used as a Fishing platform. It needs Cosmetic work & new cushions. Wood decking is solid! The front of the platform is lined up on both sides for seating and a post hole is available to set up a larger dining table. The center has the captains chair with all its command station. A speaker is at the base to add a musical environment. On the right side is a smaller booth area that a smaller table can pop up when needed. A small gallery / bar area if you wanted to use the storage and countertop in that way. Opposite is a closet, or you could add a port o potty. In the back a bench to fit a few more people. The ladder to the sun deck is in the back by bench. It floats but was pulled out of water in 2015. Fully operational! Owner just not able to go out anymore. It has a new Hummingbird Helix Depth Finder with GPS . Engine serviced in 2015 And prepped for dry docking. PARTY HUT is 30-foot Pontoon Model which is no longer produced. Engine is 120 HP Tracker with new water pump, water separator and prop. Fuel System was drained & Engine dry when placed in storage. The upper tanning deck has an AC system that can be used if you add a canopy kit, or it can be removed for more tanning space. Three points of entry. Gate at the front and one on each side. Includes Life Jackets. Trailer is galvanized with new runners. Trailer hitch LOCK and Twin loading guide included. Boat on trailer 13ft 2in high 39ft long hitch to motor tip.
