30' Sun Tracker Party Hut 2002 New Engine Carpet Seats

The ultimate pontoon Party Boat. All aluminum including floor and walls, no rot ever and extra light. Your children will especially enjoy jumping off the roof. 1 year old rebuilt long block 3.0 Mercruiser. Built by Ewing machine shop (very reputable local shop, I know personally the owner). Previous engine had failure of automotive water pump (the one bolted to engine), which resulted in overheating. Engine removed rebuilt and carb rebuilt, new alternator, new starter , new water pump on engine, everything done by marine shop specializing in Mercruiser. At the same time I had the outdrive removed for shift cable and boots, gimbal bearing new water pump in foot. Tilt trim serviced as well all to the tune of approx. $8500. 2 years back I replaced all the carpet and had my trim shop replace 24 of the seat cushions. I repainted the dash and replaced the steering wheel, put a new stereo in it. The previous owner redid the carpet on upper deck. All gauges working. She starts every time, she runs perfect from idle to floored, she gets phenomenal gas mileage. My family loves this boat, for cruising and swimming around the lake. I bought a deck boat so this one ready to go. No leaks in pontoons. never used the alcohol stove or sink. I have owned for 5 years more or less, I bought it from Lake Norman North Carolina, always fresh water. I replaced the bilge pump ( in motor well and added a 2nd just in case). Batteries one year old dual perko switch with onboard charger. All canvass in good shape. I had the rear canvass totally remade ($ 1,000) not to mention taking it on and off. I keep it in a covered slip on Lake Lanier and further I keep her completely covered up with canvass boat cover as seen in pics,ever since I did the seats and the carpet ($$$$$$). I have done everything I can to keep this boat maintained WAY ABOVE any other out there. I have way more in than I am asking. I have a trailer for a 28' pontoon boat which can be used to move it.
