1988 Sun Runner Ultra 302, 30' long, 10' beam, best one on the net!!! Must sell! Change in family situation means my loss your gain! Had boat 3 seasons, underwent major restoration. 1,000's of hours and dollars spent making this a great runner, show up, start engines, go have fun! We get lots of "thumbs ups" from the other boat owners! She looks like a cigarette style boat with huge cabin below. Great design for a cruiser! I hate to let her go, but I just don't have time and am now a care-giver full time. Important Stuff:- Dual Penta v8's aq231a (saltwater ready) dual Chevy 350's- Dual Penta DP outdrives (dual props means it turns on a dime!)- Power steering works great- 30' cruiser with full cabin easily sleeps 6 (galley booth seating transforms into sleeper).- Full forward cabin with closing doors, and full aft cabin with closing doors.- Plenty of head room! Sun Runners were known for roomy cabins. I'm 6'2" and walk completely upright below decks. Other boat owners are shocked when they go below decks.- Boat only, no trailer. Although she will fit on tri-axle trailer if you have one, or your shipper has one.- Boat currently running and supplying family of 4 with loads of fun! Pulls tubes, islands, whatever you want! Also have 4 fishing poles inserts in aft area for trolling or holding rods while you fish/relax :o)- Currently in slip near Edgewater, MD (on South River, Chesapeake Bay Tributary, Brackish Water)- Appx. 550 hours on each engine- Boat hauled and regular serviced each winter. - Both outdrives fully serviced in May- Fresh coat of PCA Gold Ablative (soft) bottom paint in May- Both engines running great. Show up, start engines, off you go.- Helm seating totally rebuild and recovered using 3/4" marine ply and marine grade vinyl. All vinyl surfaces onboard recovered or reconditioned, looks as new.- Have both snap-on cushions for front deck (pictured)- All canvas in great shape and they are all there. Also includes boot canvas for bimini top.-Has Furuno Marine Radar #1621 Mark 2 from the late 1990's. Still works, good for fog or night trips, spotting heavy rain squalls and pretty much entertaining the kids ;o)- Aluminum windshield frames are a little pitted and can be refinished, just ran out of time.- Refrigerator works on shore power.- Microwave works on shore power.- Built in Blender works and is complete ;o)- Boat is well cared for, and no funky smells or mold or mildew below decks. Boat receives proper ventilation on a regular basis, and is kept dry. - Full live-a-board if you wanted to.NEW Items in the last year:- Water heater- Head (toilet)- Starboard gimbal (universal joint in starboard outdrive)- Custom mattress (with cover) for forward cabin (very comfortable!! Noticed a dribble of water coming from seawater pump under load while testing. No worries now, but recommend changing the seals or the entire pump (easier to do the whole pump).- Getting the port RPM gauge working...........not working for some reason, but have been lazy about that since starboard one works.- Getting the brand new marine radio working (currently not connected to power or antenna).- Starboard trim rams need new seals. Currently have starboard outdrive fixed in down position. Both outdrives have been in down position for last 3 seasons, no problems.As I mentioned above, my loss your gain. She is a very sound vessel with a solid transom and no rot anywhere! Recent quote for insurance was at $12,000. New owner will not be disappointed. Pick up by auction winner at my marina only. I will not transport, nor arrange such transport. New owner to pick up vessel within two weeks of auction end (and payment has cleared). Marina has launch ramp and highly capable personnel. You bring trailer, or hire transport to come pick up. NOTICE:This is a used 25 year old boat. You should expect the usual dings and scratches associated with such a vessel.
